In Virginia, but close to the border! – Local pilots and elected officials have partnered with AIM and Signature Flight Support for an aviation community open house at ORF. The goal is to inspire a next generation of an underserved community to pursue careers in aviation! Students will get a chance to talk to pilots, maintenance, airport workers and ATC! Would love to have as many pilots and aircraft there as I can! Any volunteer pilot willing to static display their aircraft and talk with students about your airplane will get a free lunch provided by AIM, and my humble gratitude for helping us invite the community to our wonderful world!
